Hello!
Going to try to give some neglected/discontinued older stamps some love by posting on what everyone calls Throwback Thursday. Today I'm going to share another postcard with a Throwback TGF & Y&FH image(s).
Do you all remember this fun in the sun Anya? She's from the Sunshine set that seems to be discontinued. The sentiment is also part of the set. I colored her with Copics giving her a tan, or sunburn depending on what you see, hahaha! Do you see the surfboard peeking out from behind her? Well that is also a discontinued throwback image from the Tiki Surf set from Y&FH. Using Copic markers I doodled some flowers on to the surfboard. The sentiment was heat embossed. I loved the colors I used for the background and was glad I was able to use similar colors in Copics. I think I have more than enough images to keep me occupied for Thursdays. hahaha! Thanks for stopping by!!

I have really wanted to get out some of my old TGFs too, but just can't seem to find the time!! Here I thought I would have all of this crafty time once the girls were on Summer break....I was sadly mistaken! lol! I love this card, especially the background!! Great work!
I love all your cards with using the distress ink technique for the background. I heard that the technique can be pretty messy. I just ordered some distress inks and will need to give the technique a try as soon as they arrive. Hopefully my backgrounds will look as great as yours.
Seeing you use one of your old TGF stamps is making me want to dust off some of mine too. :)
I know everyone loves all the new images but I'm partial to all the "oldies", which is what I usually use! This cuties is wonderful, you did a great job coloring her, especially her hair. Another beautiful Leanne creation!
