Mystery Monday with Scrapperbug2002

Happy Monday everyone!!  Hope you all had a great weekend and are looking forward to this week.  Today over at the Farm Fresh Challenge blog, my DT bud, Tasha, is challenging all of us to case Scrapperbug2002's wonderfully wintry card featuring Miss Snow Anya. 

Pretty cool wintry card yea?!  I loved the colors and the fun layout.  And her coloring with Prismas is outstanding!  Great pick this week.  To see what the rest of the DT created for this week's case, pop on over to the FFC blog.  For my share, I made a card trying to follow the layout and also the colors.  I chose a darker blue, but the rest seems to be there.   Here's my case featuing Blush Bonnie.

The patterned papers are from two separate DCWV stacks.  Colored Bonnie with Copics and yes, I altered her boots to match the boots Miss Snow Anya is wearing.  The key is a die cut from ATS C.C. Cutters Key & Lock.  The sentiment comes with Blush Bonnie and for my card I stacked them.  I also used the splotchy stamp to give it a fun look.

Lastly, I just wanted to say "Mahalo" for all the lovely comments you've all been leaving me.   I apologize if I haven't gotten to visit, but it's been so busy for me not only craft wise, but work wise too.   As we all know life outside of blogland can get a bit hectic and there are just not enough hours in the day to get all you want done completed.   I'm trying to concentrate on some projects and hopefully once work slows down I can also get back to visiting you all.   But I want to say Thank you for taking the time out of your busy lives to leave me special messages.   I read each and every one of them and each time I do, it brings me much joy.   Also wanted to let you know I will be random drawing for my Marci & Luka give-away tomorrow, 8/28, so if you haven't left me a comment on this post, do it today!!   Planning a couple of candy give-aways this week.   One for my birthday and the other for my blogaversary.   So look for more details this week.
