Made this sign for my supervisor's neice's 1st birthday. The theme was fairies and the colors were lavendar, cuttlebug green (just check out the color of the green cuttlebug machine), hot and pale pink. I chose to use the 3 fairies from TGF for this project. Luckily they were small enough to fit in without getting lost. I used wooden letters from Michael's and cut out the 1st with my Cricut. I have to say, it turned out better than I thought it would. The colors were perfect for a little girl and the fairies just added the whimsical touch I was going for.
Here are some close-ups
I had so much fun making this. The best parts were the colors and the fairies and the awesome dp I used. I especially loved working with the fairies from TGF. I can't remember their names, but these three are the cutest!!! I hope to use them again some day. Here they are in their individual spotlights
I also used a couple other clear stamps from Studio G that I found in the dollar section at Michael's. They added a nice touch as images for the stamped dp I used.
I apologize that I don't have a detailed accounting of what was used. I can only let you know the source of them. Sorry!!
Mahalo for stopping by!
