Hello!

Hello everyone! I'm back for a short post. I hope you are all enjoying the week, it's hump day so that means 1/2 way to the weekend! Yahoo!!
The first card I have to share is the one I sent with the Christmas tags to Jenny V. I used this Hello sentiment and one of my favorite TGF stamps, Fleur Anya. I don't remember ever making a card this simple. Just two stamps on cs and 3 Copic marker colors. As you can see there really isn't much to it.
I only colored her skin and her hair. I chose to go dark red using R89. I just love that color. For her skin I used E21 & R20. Those are my favorite skin colors. Now I can add R89 to my list of hair colors. Will work on the highlights, but for now it's just straight up color through and through. I didn't add any color to the flowers or her dress.
Sorry for the bad pictures. Sometimes the setting on my camera is off depending on if I take a picture indoors or out. This one was taken last night at around 1 in the morning, and is a bit blurry. This was the easiest card I've done so far, and yet I think it's one of my favorite ones. Go figure. I hope Jenny likes it. Sorry I thought I had enough juice to post the other card, but alas, I'm fallin' asleep as I type!! So gonna hit the hay and post tomorrow. Mahalo for stopping by!

Alot of times, less is more. And in this case, Leanne, I think you did a great job of just coloring her hair and skin. The white dress and white flowers really stand out! I want to congratulate you also on having your card showcased on CMC. Your grass came out beautiful! Mine would end up "solid ground" hahaha. You always inspire me! Hugs, Cami
