Swiss Pixie Umbrella Lula

Hello!

Hope you're all having a nice weekend.  I had some time to make a card and am currently working on a couple projects for a few swaps I'm participating in.  It is nice to get back to creating.

Today I have a card using some new dies, lots of white and a few other colors.  I turned it into a get well card.  I don't have very many of those in my stash.  I'm super happy with how it turned out.

Ever start something not knowing how it would end?  I think that's how this card came to be.  I wasn't really sure what I would make with it I just knew that I wanted to use Swiss Pixie Umbrella Lula. The end result really makes me smile and I think it would make the recipient feel so much better.  :)

I used the following dies and embossing folder:

Spellbinders Deckled rectangles, CC Designs Cutters: Clouds, grass border, hydrangeas, vine; The Greeting Farm fence die; Crafter's Companion 6x6 Clouds embossing folder.  Also added white half pearls, a giant white doily and a computer generated sentiment I cut in to a banner.

Umbrella Lula

Well that's all I have to share today.  Thanks so much for stopping by!!  See you soon!!

Ohhh, I sure LOVE how your card turned out too. And yup, I've had many cards turn out waaaay different from what I had in mind. LOL. Love the dies you used too. I MUST look into those CC Cutters dies. Have a super weekend Leanne.

This card turned out really well especially for something unplanned. I like the way you centered the color within the white die cuts. I will keep this look in mind for future cards. Thanks for giving me a new card design.
