Well hello!
I'm back to share another mini calendar, I loved reading your calendar comments. I might be inheriting more from my cousin, so I guess I'll be up to my ears in calendars for a while. Yay! Today's calendar shows me using more scraps of paper and two adorable images from Sister Stamps this time. This one makes me smile:
This scene looks so sad, yet funny, yea?. A big Awww comes to mind when I see it. Not sure if it's an "Awww so cute!" or an "Awww what a bummer!" I guess it's a little of both. The images are both from Sister Stamps release #24. Ekahi is on the left trying to slurp down his shave ice so he doesn't have to share with Leilani who unfortunately had an accident. I wonder if he had a brain freeze?! Owie!! hahaha! I had an extra panel of patterned paper leftover from my 2015 calendar (the one I used for September) project. Both kids fit perfectly in the little space. Gave them both summery colored clothes and bright shave ice colors. Awww I really want to hug Leilani!!
BTW, did you see the new release previews on the Sister Stamps blog?!! OMG, I'm excited for this release as it's more Hawaii local kids. Chee Hoo!! They are both adorable! I was lucky enough to win Anuhea from release #24, during the previews and purchased Ekahi & Leilani from Hanko Designs just recently. If you head on over to the Sister Stamps blog you might have a chance to win one of the two stamps: Pua or Kaleo. You'll also get to see some amazing projects from Jenny who is always coming up with fantastik ideas. She sees something and puts her own spin on it. Here's the link to the first day's preview. Hope you still have some time to enter!! I already put in my order with Hanko Designs so hoping to get these two soon!!
Okie dokes, have a great crafty day and an awesome Sunday! Tomorrow I'll have my spotlight post for the month of March over on the Kitty Bee Designs blog. And no it's NOT a calendar. hahaha! Thanks for stopping by!

Oh goodness how adorable! I love sister stamps because the little cuties remind me of my 3 adopted children! Thanks for linking up with us at Anya, Oddies, and Others!
