Sweet November - Meet Hilda, Vlad & Mumford

Good morning Friends!!
Hope you are doing well this fine Saturday morning!  I'm wide awake and ready to share the last of the new releases for Sweet November.  Thank You all for the wonderful comments from yesterday's preview.   I can't tell you how touched it was to read everyone's comments.   MAHALO!

Are you ready to meet the last three in this fabulous release?  Well then let's get started. 

First up is Hilda and Vlad.

Now you all met Hilda yesterday, yes her hair is different, but it's because she enjoys changing it up often.  What I didn't tell you was that she has her own business.  Yes, she's an entrepreneur and she makes a killing on her product.  Her business partner, Vlad, is the CEO and her muse for the business name.  Let's take a look at what she's brewin' up...

Black Bat No. 13.  O dear, better beware, that disclaimer does not look good!  The bats don't seem to mind though, I'm sure they are their biggest customers.

Next up is the last in our little crew of Halloween haunts.  His name is Mumford and he's a mummy.  Nope not a mOmmy a mUmmy!

He's so jacked up and ready for Halloween!!  Unfortunately his enthusiasm is a bit much for the local kids who are already out trick or treating.  Someone needs to tell him he needs to relax, else he'll drive all the kiddies away!

Little do the kids know, he just wants to spread some Halloween cheer with a special message inside the coffin.  Hopefully it will change their minds about steering clear of the crazy mummy.

I don't think Mumford has anything to worry about, except getting his foot wrap stuck on a nail!  hahaha!

SNL - Welcomes Hilda, Luna & Joe Joe!!

Welcome back for the second day of previews from Sweet November Land.  Thank you so much for the lovely comments from yesterday's preview.  I can't tell you how awesome it was to read everyone's comments.  MAHALO!

So today I have two more new friends to share so let's get started...

First up is Witch Hilda and her friend Luna the owl.  These two are just so cute.  Hilda looked to me like she was dancing with Luna who was sitting on the tip of her broom.  I thought they would look natural in an outdoor under the stars setting.  So here they are dancing under the stars, or at least Hilda is dancing.  Luna looks like she's just hanging out or holding on for dear life!

Kept the card simple and thought showcasing them in a circular form was fun.  Now don't they just look so natural right here dancing under the stars?  I know!!!

Now this next character looked to me like he's either singing a song or he's frightened of something.  I'd like you to meet Joe Joe the Werewolf.

Isn't he cute?  Now you tell me is he singing or just a little frightened?  Well I think he's a little bit frightened because of the scary looking billboard over his left shoulder featuring the Grim Reaper.  You see he's just getting ready to go in to the local theater to watch the latest Halloween #13.  He's just getting up the courage to go in.  Hopefully it won't take too long, the movie is starting in a few minutes.

FFF - Happy 30th!

Happy Friday friends!!

Mahalo for all the lovely birthday wishes yesterday!  :)

Today over at the Farm Fresh Challenge blog we want you to use numbers on your card.  I have a ton of friends who were born in September and am way behind on making them cards.  The card for today is for my friend Rey who is turning the big 3-0!  I'm using the newest Wild Sprout, Logan, as he reminds me of a UFC fighter who's just relaxing in his workout clothes before his next sparring match.  Does he look different?  Well it's because I changed up his hair.  Kinda gave it more of a shaggy look, than the curly hair he originally has.

The patterned papers are from Cosmo Cricket (Circa 1934).  The Thirty 30 sentiment, along with some other fabulous ones, is a digi image and can be found on Cyndi's blog.  She's got some other great digi images that she has generously let us grab for free.  If you head over make sure to leave her a lovely comment.  Her digis are pretty awesome.  Here's another one perfect for all my September birthday buddies.  Used it as a stopper for the easel card I ended up making.

I'm a Lollipop girl!

Meet Hazel, Webster & Thurston

Hello and welcome to the first day of the Sweet November Stamps September previews.  I hope you are ready for more cuteness from the amazing Amy Young.  She has created 6 fun Halloween images for you to play with, just in time for some spooky cards, or projects.  You will be able to purchase them at the All That Scraps store on September 8th. 

Today we are going to showcase 2 of the 6 images.  Be sure to head over to Amy's blog for all the details on how to win some candy for each of the releases.  You'll also want to check out Nancy's and Rachel's blogs and leave comments.  I know Amy will be so pleased if you did and she just might give you an extra chance to win for each comment left on all of our blogs, but don't take my word for it, pop on over to Amy's blog for ALL the details.

Now on to the previews...  The first image is an adorable witch named Hazel.  She has big beautiful eyes, curly black hair, a gorgeous smile, and green skin!!  She also loves spiders or anything creepy crawly, but mostly spiders.  Her very best friend, and pet, is named Webster.  He's a spider that knows how to hang around, especially with his BFF, Hazel.

Decked out in their glittery outfits they are both ready for some trick or treating, but will Webster's older brother "Dictionary", let them go without him?  Only time will tell if there's any more room on Hazel's hat for that big guy.

Well whatever they decide I'm sure it will be tons of fun.  Here is Hazel, Webster & "Dictionary" getting ready to go trick or treating, hope you like it.

The sentiment stamp is from TCP, I thought it was so cute for this card especially stamped on that cool purple paper.  I wish you could see the spider patterned paper,  I stickled the spiders to make them look like twinkly little buddies.  I hope you like!

Next up is Thurston, no not Howell the II from Gilligan's Island!  Thurston The Vampire sillies!  (hahaha)  Now this little guy is all business with his slick hair, pointy teeth and scare tactics!

One of his goals in life is to be able to see his reflection.  Now we all know that once you become a vampire you give up your rights to see yourself again.  He's always hoping to get a glimpse of himself in the mirror.  In this scene it's no different.  Here he is once again in the art gallery where the only mirror in his mansion hangs. Unfortunately the mirror disappoints him again and he is not to happy about it.   The pets on the wall are totally getting a kick out of his reaction.   Aw poor Thurston, I guess he'll just have to be a man and remain unscathed by this set back.  Maybe one day he'll realize that being an immortal vampire does not have all the perks you'd expect.  I wonder who dresses him?  He's so well taylored.  hehehe..
